Detroit Sound Video (DSV) was hired to create media assets for a company in an industry that typically has a very poor customer satisfaction and reviews. The clients asked DVS to shine a positive light on not just their company but for the industry. DVS’s team proposed a series of 15 and 30 second assets that were used in billboard, TV and internet ads. After 6 months, the company started to see an increase in positive reviews and more positive response on their social platforms.
